Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Rice
• 1/2 cup – Urad Dal
• 1/2 cup – Rice puff
• 1/2 tsp – Barley
• 4 to 5 – bunches of Palak
Method:
- Soak rice for 4 hours. Soak dal, rice puff and barley for 3 hrs.
- Cut palak into very small pieces and boil in hot water for 6-7 minutes.
- Strain all the water from palak. Grind with all the above ingredients to a dosa batter.
- Allow to ferment for 16 to 20 hours in a large container.
- Next morning, mix well, dilute the dough and prepare dosas.
