Ingredients:

• 250 g – colocasia, boiled and peeled
• 1/4 cup – gram flour
• 1/2 cup – Yoghurt
• 2-3 – Garlic cloves, grated
• 1 tsp – ginger, grated
• 2 – green chillies, chopped
• 1/4 tsp – carom seeds
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – dried Mango powder
• Few coriander leaves, chopped
• Vegetable oil for frying

Method:

  1. Mash the boiled and peeled colocasia and set aside.
  2. Blend ginger, garlic, coriander leaves, green chillies, gram flour, salt, red chilli powder and yoghurt.
  3. Saute carom seeds, to this add grams flour curd mixture.
  4. Cook for 1 minutes and remove from heat.
  5. Roll the colocasia in it and let it marinate for 1 hour.
  6. Deep Fried colocasia from both sides till crispy.
  7. Sprinkle mango powder and serve hot.
