Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup – Sugar
• 1/3 cup – water
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 1 cup – Milk powder
• 1/2 cup – chopped Walnuts or cashew nuts, optional
• 3 tbsp – cocoa
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1/2 tsp – liquid glucose

Method:

  1. Mix milk powder with cocoa.
  2. Make a syrup of soft ball consistency with sugar and water.
  3. Add butter and leave without disturbing till butter melts.(do not cool further)
  4. Add rest of the ingredients and beat till very thick.
  5. Pour in a flat tray lined with foil. Keep in refrigerator. When set, cut into pieces.
