Ingredients:
• 4 – boiled potatoes.
• 1/2 cup – green peas.
• 1 – capsicum.
• 1/2 cup – chopped onions.
• Mustard seeds.
• Curry leaves.
• Red Chilli powder.
• oil as required.
• Salt to taste.
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry.
- Then add washed green peas and cook until it is half cooked.
- Add chopped onions and fry till it turns golden brown.
- Add red chilli powder and boiled smashed potato and salt.
- Add 1/4 glass of water and cook for 3 minutes.
- Garnish with some coriander leaves.
- This is an excellent side dish for sambar rice, chapatti, idli, etc.
