Ingredients:

• 4 – boiled potatoes.
• 1/2 cup – green peas.
• 1 – capsicum.
• 1/2 cup – chopped onions.
• Mustard seeds.
• Curry leaves.
• Red Chilli powder.
• oil as required.
• Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds, curry leaves and fry.
  2. Then add washed green peas and cook until it is half cooked.
  3. Add chopped onions and fry till it turns golden brown.
  4. Add red chilli powder and boiled smashed potato and salt.
  5. Add 1/4 glass of water and cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with some coriander leaves.
  7. This is an excellent side dish for sambar rice, chapatti, idli, etc.
