Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Wheat flour
• 1 cup – Ragi flour
• 1/2 cup – Grated Carrot pieces
• 1 tsp – Garam Masala powder
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 cup – Yogurt
• Maida for dusting
• Salt – to taste
• Oil – to fry

Method:

  1. Sieve the wheat and ragi flours. Take a large bowl and add both flours with the grated carrot and spice powders.
  2. Add enough yogurt to the flours and knead them into a dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  3. Take a small ball from the dough and dust the dough with enough maida.
  4. Roll them into parathas.
  5. Heat a tsp of oil in a tawa and cook both sides of the parathas until they turn slightly brown.
  6. Serve hot with side dishes.
