
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – red cabbage, chopped
• 1 – carrots, grated
• 1 – onion, chopped
• 2 tbsp – Parsley leaves
• 1/4 cup – Corn kernels
• 1/4 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – Butter
• Salt, if needed
• Olive oil
Method:
- Take the shredded red cabbage, grated carrot, corn kernels and parsley leaves in a large bowl.
- Add enough salt, pepper powder and olive oil to the vegetables and toss well. Serve immediately.
