
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – besan
• 1 cup – Maida
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 – Onion
• 2 to 3 – Green chillies
• Curry leaves
• Coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 tsp – Turmeric
• 1/2 tsp – cooking soda
• Oil
Method:
- Make paste of maida, soda and besan.
- Add turmeric and salt. Leave for 10 minutes.
- Add chopped tomato, onion, curry leaves, coriander leaves and green chillies.
- Make the batter like dosa batter.
- Take a pan and make medium sized omelettes with oil.
- Serve with hot sauce, curd or pickle.
