
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Rice (raw)
• 2 cups – Curd
• 3 to 4 Green chillies
• 1 piece Ginger
• 1 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 1 tsp – Urad Dal
• 1 tsp – Channa dal
• 8 to 10 Curry leaves
• some finely chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cook the rice with salt to taste and keep aside.
- Add finely chopped greed chillies, ginger, and salt to the curd.
- Add the curd to the rice and mix gently.
- Heat ghee in a ladle, add mustard seeds, and when the seeds splutter, add urad dal, channa dal, and curry leaves.
- Fry on a low flame till the dals turn a little golden.
- Pour this tempering on the rice and gently mix.
- Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.
