
Ingredients:
• eggs – 2
• Tomatoes – 4
• Onions – 1.5
• Chillies – 4
• Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
• Curry leaves- a few
• Curd – 1 tsp
• Cilantro- a small bunch
Method:
- Dice tomatoes and the onions, slit the chillies, and keep them all aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add onions to it.
- Saute the onions, add the tomatoes, salt and chillies to it.
- Pour 1 cup of water to this. Let it cook for a while.
- Add 1 tsp curd to thicken the gravy.
- Add more water if you like.
- Now add 1 tsp of garam masala powder and garnish with cilantro.
- For the omelette:
- Beat the eggs.
- Take a pan and make an omelette.
- Cut the omelette into equal pieces and add that to the tomato curry.
- Soak the omelette in the curry for 10 mins before it is ready to be served.
