
Ingredients:
• Rava – 250 g
• Yogurt – 1 cup
• Green chillies – 5
• Tomato – 2
• Coriander leaves – 1/4 bunch
• Curry leaves – few
• Onions – 2
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Mix the yogurt and rava to make a batter. Add plain water if required. Keep aside.
- Chop the ingredients, add to the batter and add salt.
- In a tawa, spread a little oil, and pour a ladleful of the batter and spread into a round shape.
- Shallow fry the uttappam.
