Ingredients:

• 1 Raw Mango
• 1 ripe (but firm) Mango
• 1 Pineapple
• 1 Cucumber
• Chinese Guavas (optional)
• 2 tbsp – salt and chilli mix (Crush one red and one Green chilli with salt)
• 2 tbsp Tamarind sweet sauce
• 1 tsp Vinegar
• 1tsp Sugar

Method:

  1. Peel the mangoes and the pineapple, chop them.
  2. Peel the cucumber and slice into thin rounds.
  3. Wash the Chinese guavas and cut them in halves.
  4. Mix all the ingredients with the fruits.
  5. Let it stand for 10 mins.
