
Ingredients:
• 1 Raw Mango
• 1 ripe (but firm) Mango
• 1 Pineapple
• 1 Cucumber
• Chinese Guavas (optional)
• 2 tbsp – salt and chilli mix (Crush one red and one Green chilli with salt)
• 2 tbsp Tamarind sweet sauce
• 1 tsp Vinegar
• 1tsp Sugar
Method:
- Peel the mangoes and the pineapple, chop them.
- Peel the cucumber and slice into thin rounds.
- Wash the Chinese guavas and cut them in halves.
- Mix all the ingredients with the fruits.
- Let it stand for 10 mins.
