Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Maida
• 2 cups – Curd
• 1/2 cup – dry Coconut
• 4-5 – grated Green chilli
• 10 – Curry leaves
• Oil
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Mix the ingredients in a bowl to form a thick paste.
  2. Make small balls and deep fry in hot oil.
  3. Serve hot with coconut or ginger chutney.
