
Ingredients:
• 2 cups – Amla pieces
• 3 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Methi powder
• 2 tsp – mustard powder
• A pinch of Turmeric
• 2 tsp – salt
• 5 tsp – oil
• 1/2 tsp – mustard
• 1 – Lemon
• A pinch of Hing powder
Method:
- Heat the oil.
- Put mustard, hing, methi powder and turmeric.
- When they splutter, add amla pieces and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- To this add chilli powder, mustard powder and salt.
- Preserve in container after cooling.
- Amla chutney is ready and can be used with rice, rotis or dosas.
