
Ingredients:
• Mustard and Cumin seeds – 1 tsp each
• Coriander leave – 1 tsp chopped
• Curd – 1 cup
• Besan – 2 tbsps
• Water – 1/2 cup
• Turmeric – 1 tsp
• Ginger and Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Green chilli – 1/2 tsp chopped
• Onion – 1
• Boiled Potato – 2
• Curry leaves
• Garam Masala
• Oil
• Sugar and salt to taste
Method:
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add mustard and cumin seeds along with onions and curry leaves.
- When onions are reddish brown, add ginger and garlic paste along with green chillies, besan and boiled potatoes.
- Take a separate bowl and add curd and water and whisk it with salt, sugar, turmeric and a pinch of garam masala.
- Now add the dahi mixture to the pan.
- Stir the kadi for 5 mins and it’s cooked.
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
