Ingredients:

• Mustard and Cumin seeds – 1 tsp each
• Coriander leave – 1 tsp chopped
• Curd – 1 cup
• Besan – 2 tbsps
• Water – 1/2 cup
• Turmeric – 1 tsp
• Ginger and Garlic paste – 1 tsp
• Green chilli – 1/2 tsp chopped
• Onion – 1
• Boiled Potato – 2
• Curry leaves
• Garam Masala
• Oil
• Sugar and salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat some oil in a pan. Add mustard and cumin seeds along with onions and curry leaves.
  2. When onions are reddish brown, add ginger and garlic paste along with green chillies, besan and boiled potatoes.
  3. Take a separate bowl and add curd and water and whisk it with salt, sugar, turmeric and a pinch of garam masala.
  4. Now add the dahi mixture to the pan.
  5. Stir the kadi for 5 mins and it’s cooked.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
