
Ingredients:
• 3 sheep brains or 1/2 kg Beef brain
• 2 tsp – pepper powder
• 1 tbsp – flour
• 1 egg, beaten
• salt to taste
• 3 tbsp – oil
Method:
- Wash the brains well and remove the nerves etc.
- Cook in a little boiling water for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and cool.
- When cold, mix in the beaten egg, pepper powder, egg, flour and salt and mix well.
- Shape into small cakes and then flatten them.
- Heat oil in a flat pan and shallow fry the brain cakes till brown on both sides.
