Ingredients:
• 3 carrots, peeled and chopped into small pieces
• 1/2 cup – Green peas
• 3 potatoes, peeled and chopped into small pieces
• 2 Onions chopped
• 1 tsp – Cumin seeds
• 3 dry Red Chillies broken
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – Lemon juice
Method:
- Boil the carrots, peas, and potatoes in water and a little salt until tender.
- Heat oil in a pan and add the mustard seeds.
- When they begin to splutter, add cumin seeds, red chillies, and onions and saute for a few minutes.
- Add the carrots, peas, potatoes, lime juice, and salt and stir fry for a few minutes.
- Serve hot.
