
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Channa dal
• 1 cup – jaggery, chopped
• 1 cup – Coconut Milk
• 1/2 cup – Milk
• 1/2 tsp – Nutmeg powder
• 1/2 tsp – Cardamom powder
• 10 to 12 – cashews
• 2 cups – water
• 1 tsp – Ghee
Method:
- Fry cashews in ghee and keep aside.
- Wash the channa dal and add 2 cups water and cook it well in the pressure cooker.
- Add jaggery and cook it until it gets dissolved.
- Add milk and boil it for 1-2 mins
- Remove the container and add coconut milk, cashews, nutmeg and cardamom powder and stir.
- Serve hot or chilled.
