Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Mozzarella cheese
• 1/2 cup – Parmesan cheese
• 1/2 cup – Cheddar cheese
• 1 tsp – Mixed herbs
• 1/4 tsp – Minced Garlic
• 2 tbsp – Milk.
Method:
- Combine all the ingredients in a microwave safe bowl.
- Add salt only if required as cheese contains salt.
- Microwave on medium for 3 mins and mix well into a smooth sauce.
- Light a small candle in the fondue stand.
- Place a fondue bowl on top of the stand and pour the cheesy sauce in it.
- Serve hot with finger-food.
