Ingredients:

• 400g – Chicken breast (cut into thin long strips)
• 4 medium sized – Onions finely sliced
• 1 – Bay Leaf
• 3 – green chillies, chopped in 6 pieces
• 1 tbsp – oil
• 1/4 tsp – Sugar (optional)
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Heat oil. Fry sliced onions till brown on medium flame.
  2. Ensure onions are not blackened.
  3. Put bay leaf and chillies and stir for 2-3 mins.
  4. Thereafter, put the chicken breast strips and stir fry for 12-15 mins.
  5. Add salt and cook for another 5 mins. Switch off the gas.
  6. Cover the pot and serve after 5 mins.
