
Ingredients:
• Chicken – 500 g
• Onion – 1 cup
• Tomato – 1 cup
• Jeera – 2 tsp
• Ginger-garlic paste – 5 tsp
• Curd – 1/2 cup
• Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp
• Green chilli – 3, chopped
• Red Chilli powder – 3 tsp
• Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
• Dhania powder – 2 tsp
• Oil as required
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Pour some oil in a pan.
- Add garam masala when the oil heats up.
- Add ginger and garlic paste.
- Add the onions and green chillies and fry until golden brown.
- Add the chicken, jeera, red chilli powder, turmeric, dhania powder or any brand of chicken masala available in the market. Fry to light brown.
- Add water and cook the chicken for about 5 minutes.
- Now add the chopped tomatoes and curd. Stir well and add salt.
- Cook until the chicken is done.
