
Ingredients:
• For Fruit Mixture:
• 3 tbsp – Butter
• 2 tbsp – Brown sugar
• 1 apple, medium
• 1 banana, big
• 1 tbsp – Lime juice
• For Cake Mixture:
• 1/2 cup – Butter
• 1/2 cup – powdered Sugar
• 2 – eggs
• 1/2 tsp – vanilla essence
• 1 cup – Maida
• 1 tsp – baking powder
• 1 tbsp – cocoa
• For Topping:
• 1/2 cup – desiccated Coconut
• 1 tbsp – Brown sugar
• 1/2 tsp – Cinnamon powder
Method:
- Beat butter and sugar for fruit mixture till smooth and spread at the base of a pudding dish.
- Peel, core and slice apple. Slice banana. Toss in lime juice and arrange at the base.
- Beat butter and sugar for cake till light. Add beaten eggs little at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in the essence.
- Fold in the Maida mixed with cocoa and baking powder. If the mixture is very stiff, add a little milk.
- Spread on top of the fruits. Mix topping ingredients together and sprinkle on top.
- Microwave on medium high (70 % power ) for 8-9 minutes. Allow to stand for 15 minutes. Serve warm.
