
Ingredients:
• Marie Biscuit – 2 packet
• Custard powder – 4 tbsp
• Cocoa powder – 4 tbsp
• Sugar – 30 tsp
• Vanilla Essence – 4 drops
• Nuts – finely chopped
• Milk – 1 litre
Method:
- Boil the milk and add the sugar.
- Make a fine paste of custard powder with a little milk.
- Also, make chocolate paste by adding a little milk to cocoa powdert.
- Add the custard paste to the milk and stir well.
- Then add the chocolate paste and cook for two minutes.
- Remove from fire and add vanilla essence. Keep it to cool.
- Immerse some Marie biscuits in milk to make them soft.
- Arrange some in a bowl and add a layer of custard to cover the biscuit.
- You can make as much layers as you like.
- Decorate with nuts and keep in fridge.
- Do not keep in freezer.
- Keep the pudding overnight in fridge and serve the next day.
