Ingredients:
• 250 g – Maida
• 250 g – powdered Sugar
• 1 pinch – baking powder
• 200 g – grated Coconut
• Butter
Method:
- Mix maida, powdered sugar, baking powder and dalda butter as required.
- Then keep aside for 10 mins.
- After that make small balls, roll in coconut and flatten into small discs.
- Bake till light golden brown and serve warm.
