Ingredients:

• 250 g – Maida
• 250 g – powdered Sugar
• 1 pinch – baking powder
• 200 g – grated Coconut
• Butter

Method:

  1. Mix maida, powdered sugar, baking powder and dalda butter as required.
  2. Then keep aside for 10 mins.
  3. After that make small balls, roll in coconut and flatten into small discs.
  4. Bake till light golden brown and serve warm.
