Ingredients:

• 2 cups – Broccoli florets
• 1 cup – Cooked Corn kernels
• 1/2 cup – Spring onions, chopped
• 2 – Green chillies, chopped
• Salt to taste
• For the dressing
• 2 tbsp – Refined oil
• 1/2 tsp – Chilli powder
• 4 tbsp – Tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp – Soya sauce
• 1 tbsp – Vinegar
• 1 tbsp – Sugar
• Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Steam the broccoli till tender but crunchy
  2. Dip it in iced cold water
  3. Drain the excess water
  4. Now mix the broccoli with corn, spring onions, green chillies, and salt
  5. Heat oil in a pan
  6. Add the chilli powder, tomato ketchup, soya sauce, vinegar, salt and sugar
  7. Cool and mix with the corn and vegetable mixture.
