Ingredients:

• 3 spring onions, chopped
• 1 carrot, grated
• 1 capsicum, chopped
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – flour (maida), roasted in a little Butter
• 5 cups Milk and water mixed half and half
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1 cup – corn, cooked
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Cream
• Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

  1. Heat butter in a pressure cooker.
  2. Add garlic, onions, carrots and capsicums.
  3. Cook till transluscent.
  4. Add tomatoes and corn.
  5. Mix flour with milk-water mixture leaving no lumps and add to vegetables.
  6. Add salt and pepper and chilli powder.
  7. Cook covered for 10 mins.
  8. When blended, serve topped with cream.
