Ingredients:
• 3 spring onions, chopped
• 1 carrot, grated
• 1 capsicum, chopped
• 1 tomato, chopped
• 1/2 tsp – Garlic paste
• 2 tbsp – flour (maida), roasted in a little Butter
• 5 cups Milk and water mixed half and half
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1 cup – corn, cooked
• 1/2 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – Cream
• Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
- Heat butter in a pressure cooker.
- Add garlic, onions, carrots and capsicums.
- Cook till transluscent.
- Add tomatoes and corn.
- Mix flour with milk-water mixture leaving no lumps and add to vegetables.
- Add salt and pepper and chilli powder.
- Cook covered for 10 mins.
- When blended, serve topped with cream.
