
Ingredients:
• 6 slices bread
• 1.5 cups – fresh Curd
• oil to fry
• For masala:
• 1 tsp – chaat masala
• ¼ tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tbsp – chopped pudina leaves
• 1 tbsp – chopped Coriander leaves
• salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the bread slices into small cubes.
- Deep fry them in oil till crisp, on a medium flame.
- Churn the curd and add all the masalas. Keep aside or chill if desired.
- Just before serving, mix the croutons in the churned curd.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
