
Ingredients:
• 1 packet – Monaco biscuits
• 1 – Carrot
• 1 – Beetroot
• 1 – Onion
• 1/2 – Cucumber
• Coriander leaves
• 1/2 tsp – Lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp – chilli powder
• Salt to taste
Method:
- Grate all the vegetables and add lemon juice, chilli powder, salt and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix well.
- Now fill this in between Monaco biscuits and add a drop of tomato ketchup on top of it and serve.
