Ingredients:
• 1 cup – plain Butter
• 1/2 cup – Apple
• 1 tbsp – sugar, ground
• A few drops – Apple essence
• 4 – bread slices
Method:
- Peel and mash the apple into a pulp.
- Bring butter to room temperature.
- Add sugar and apple pulp and essence and fold in carefully till well mixed.
- Toast the bread slices
- Apply fruity butter properly on the toasts
- Serve hot
