
Ingredients:
• 3 cups white Oats
• 1 cup – chopped Walnuts
• 1/2 cup – slivered Almonds
• 1/2 cup – Cashew nuts
• 3/4 cup – chopped dried fruit mix (figs, dates, raisins)
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• 1/3 cup – Honey
• A pinch of salt
Method:
- Combine all the dry ingredients except dry fruits in a large bowl.
- Add all the other ingredients and mix well.
- Spread the mixture on an oiled baking tray.
- Bake in the oven set at 160 degrees C for an hour.
- You might have to stir the mixture in between to break the lumps and cook the granola evenly.
- Remove from oven and add the dried fruits.
- Allow to cool completely and store in airtight containers.
