Ingredients:

• 15 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – Coriander
• 1/2 – Lemon
• 1 tbsp – Sev or Potato wafers crushed
• 1/2 tsp – Jaggery
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Oil
• 1 – Garlic pod.

Method:

  1. Grind all the ingredients, except the oil and asafoetida, in mixer.
  2. Now heat the oil and saute the asafoetida and add to the ingredients in the mixer.
  3. Grind until smooth.
  4. Avoid water to preserve the chutney for a longer period.
  5. Store in a glass bottle.
  6. Garnish with sev before serving.
