
Ingredients:
• 15 – Green chillies
• 1/2 cup – Coriander
• 1/2 – Lemon
• 1 tbsp – Sev or Potato wafers crushed
• 1/2 tsp – Jaggery
• Salt to taste
• 1 tsp – Oil
• 1 – Garlic pod.
Method:
- Grind all the ingredients, except the oil and asafoetida, in mixer.
- Now heat the oil and saute the asafoetida and add to the ingredients in the mixer.
- Grind until smooth.
- Avoid water to preserve the chutney for a longer period.
- Store in a glass bottle.
- Garnish with sev before serving.
