
Ingredients:
• 200 gms – spaghetti
• 200 gms – cooked or smoked Ham
• 200 gms – mushrooms, sliced
• 2 tbsp – Butter
• 1 tsp – pepper powder
• 3 tbsp – grated cheese
• 2 – tomatoes, chopped
• 1 tsp – chopped Garlic
Method:
- Boil the spaghetti in salted water till done. Drain and pass through cold water.
- Heat the butter in a pan and saute the garlic and mushrooms for 10 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes, pepper powder and salt and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add the ham and spaghetti and mix well.
- Cook for 2 minutes on low heat then turn off the heat.
- Transfer to a buttered baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
- Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees F) for 10 minutes till the cheese melts and turns slightly brown.
- Serve hot with any kind of bread or rolls.
