
Ingredients:
• Turkey Ham slice – 40 gms
• Iceberg Lettuce – 50 gms
• Tomatoes – 30 gms
• Black Olives – 10 gms
• Green Olives – 10 gms
• Cucumber – 15 gms
• Vinaigrette – 20 gms
• Crumbled feta cheese – 10 gms
• Hummus on the side – 30 gms
• Salt and pepper
Method:
- Start with a bed of iceberg lettuce.
- Add some sliced tomatoes, black olives, green olives and cucumber.
- Toss it all together.
- Add the turkey ham slices with crumbled feta cheese for the cheese lovers and some light vinaigrette.
- Sprinkle some salt and pepper.
- Ready to serve.
