Ingredients:
• 2 – ripe Tomatoes
• Tamarind – size of Lemon
• 1 tbsp – pepper
• 2 tbsp – cumin
• 2 to 3 – dry Red Chillies
• 10 Cloves – garlic, crushed
• Curry leaves, Coriander leaves for garnishing.
Method:
- Chop tomatoes and boil with tamarind for 8-10 mins in water.
- Cool and blend in a blender and sieve out the juice.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai, add dry chillies, followed by garlic, cumin, pepper powder and curry leaves.
- Fry for a few mins, and then add the juice.
- Add required amount of salt, boil for a while and serve.
