Ingredients:

• 10-12 – Dates (de-seeded)
• 2.5 glasses – cold Milk
• 3 tsp – Honey
• a pinch of crushed Cardamom and Cinnamon
• Sugar as needed

Method:

  1. Put all the ingredients in a jar of a food processor and blend well.
  2. Your nutritious and healthy breakfast drink is ready.
