Ingredients:

• 200 gms – thick whipped Curd
• 2 tsp – Sugar syrup
• 8-10 pieces – kiwi, peeled and cut into circles
• For tempering:
• 2 tsp – Olive oil
• 1 tsp – Mustard Seeds
• Few curry leaves, optional

Method:

  1. Add the sugar syrup to the whipped curd and place in a serving bowl.
  2. Place the kiwi slices.
  3. For the tempering:
  4. Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds and the curry leaves and allow to splutter.
  5. Pour the tempering over the prepared dahi and serve.
