
Ingredients:
• For Filling:
• 100 g – mixed farsan (sev, ghatiya, paapdi, etc.)
• 1 tbsp – desiccated Coconut
• 1 tbsp – roasted khuskhus
• 1 tbsp – roasted sesame seeds
• a pinch of salt
• 1 tsp – Red Chilli powder
• 1 tsp – coriander powder
• 1/4 tsp – Aamchur powder
• For the Dough:
• 250 g – Maida
• oil for frying
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients for filling in a bowl.
- Add a tsp of oil and a pinch of salt to the maida and knead into a dough.
- Make small balls, roll out into pooris.
- Place a spoonful of the filling in the middle, close it in the shape of a samosa and deep fry.
- Serve with tomato ketchup or any chutney.
