
Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup – Buckwheat flour / kuttu atta/ rajgiri atta
• 1/4 cup – Water Chestnut flour/ singhara atta
• 1 tsp – green cardamom, crushed
• 1.5 cup – Sugar
• 1/2 cup – clarified Butter /desi Ghee
• 1/4 cup – chopped Pistachios
• 4 cups – water
Method:
- Sieve both flour together.
- Heat clarified butter in a wok, add sieved flour .
- Roast it on low heat with continuous stirring till color changes to dark brown.
- Add crushed cardamoms and stir it.
- Add sugar and mix well.
- Now add water and cook on low heat for 5-7 minutes till the water evaporates.
- Remove it from heat and add chopped pistachios.
- Serve chilled.
