Ingredients:

• 1 kg Chicken
• 3 Onions
• 4 green chilies
• 3 tbsp of red chili powder
• 1/2 spoon pasupu
• 3 tbsp of salt
• 2 spoons Allam vellulli paste
• 2 spoons Garam Masala
• 3-4 spoons Coconut paste
• 1 cup Curds
• 1 cup Oil
• 6 to 7 cups of water
• 2-3 Tomatoes

Method:

  1. Cut chicken in to pieces.
  2. Put cooker on stove, put oil in to vessel, after heating the oil put onions, chilies , and fry it for 2 min.
  3. Then add garam masala , coconut paste and saute.
  4. Then add chicken , and salt , chilli powder curds , tomatoes and water.
  5. Mix it well , put the lid, after one whistle switch off the stove.
  6. After it cools down, open the lid and put 1 to 2 bunches of coriander on top of chicken.
