Ingredients:

• 400ml – matha (buttermilk)
• 2- big Potatoes
• 1 tsp- Red Chilli powder
• 1 pinch – Hing
• salt
• Curry leaves
• 1 pinch – Turmeric powder
• 1 tsp – mustard
• 2 tsp – oil
• 1 tsp – besan/gram flour

Method:

  1. Mix buttermilk, chilli, turmeric powder, masala and keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  3. Now add mashed potato.
  4. After a while, add the buttermilk mixture and cook until it becomes a little thick and serve.
