
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – Coconut grated
• 1/2 cup Milk powder
• 1/2 ground cashew
• 1.5 cups Sugar
• 2 tbsp Ghee
• 1 tbsp Milk
• 2 pinches yellow food colour
• 1 tsp elaichi powder
Method:
- Take a kadai, mix all the ingredients except food colour and heat for 5 mins.
- Once the mixture starts leaving the sides of the pan, add food colour.
- Remove and spread on a greased plate.
- Once cool, cut into pieces.
