Ingredients:
• 4 sliced button Mushrooms
• 2 eggs
• a pinch of pepper powder
• a pinch of greek seasoning
• salt as per taste
Method:
- In a bowl, take 2 eggs and add all seasonings and whisk it.
- Take a few drops of oil in a non-stick pan and add half of the sliced mushrooms in it. Saute it for a few seconds.
- Pour half the egg mixture onto it and spread it evenly on a pan.
- Cook it for around a minute and then turn it around to cook it on the other side.
- Repeat the same process for another omelette.
- Serve hot with bread toast.
