Ingredients:
• 3 cups – Bread flour/ Maida
• 1/2 cup – Butter (room temperature)
• 1 cup – Milk (lukewarm)
• 1 – Egg
• 2 tbsp – Sugar
• 1 tsp – Salt
• 1 tbsp – Active Dry yeast
• 2-3 tbsp – Nutella spread
Method:
- Add the active dry yeast to the lukewarm milk with sugar and salt.
- Mix everything well and let them sit in a warm place for 5 minutes until the yeast turns foamy.
- Add the butter, egg and foamy yeast to the flour and knead for a few minutes into a soft and stiff dough.
- Grease a bowl with some butter and place the dough.
- Let this dough sit for an hour in a warm place until the dough doubles in volume.
- After an hour, punch down the dough and roll the dough as a large rectangle.
- Spread the nutella over the rolled disc and roll them as a log.
- Press the edges well and place this dough in a greased loaf pan.
- Let the dough sit again an hour in a warm place, closed with a towel..
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and arrange the baking loaf pan in the middle rack.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust turns brown.
