Ingredients:
• 4 roti
• 5/6 fresh Curry leaves optional
• 1 chopped small Onion
• 1/4 tsp – Sugar
• 1/4 tsp – Mustard Seed
• A pinch of Turmeric powder
• Salt to taste
• 1/4 tsp – Lemon juice
• Chopped coriander for garnish
• 1/2 tbsp – oil
• 2 – Green chillies
Method:
- Mash roti with two hands like poha (chivda).
- Heat oil in kadai.
- Put mustard seeds till they crack.
- Add Green chilli, onion, curry leaves till brown.
- Add turmeric.
- Add roti chura.
- Put salt, sugar and keep for 2 mins. Mix more
- Serve in a plate.
- Garnish with lemon juice and coriander.
