Ingredients:

• 2 – medium size Onions
• 6 to 7 – Green chillies
• Tamarind
• cumin
• mustard
• salt to taste

Method:

  1. In a pan, take oil and add cumin, mustard, cubed onions, tamarind, salt and green chillies.
  2. Cover and cook on low flame till the onions are light brown.
  3. Once onions are light brown remove from gas. Cool and grind it.
  4. Serve with steamed rice and ghee.
