Ingredients:

• 1 kg – Chicken.
• 2 nos onions(big).
• 5 to 6 nos Garlic pods .
• 1/2″ piece ginger.
• 5 tsp powdered pepper, or more depending on how spicy you want it to be.
• salt as require.
• 4 tbsp – oil.

Method:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan.
  2. Saute the onions, chopped ginger and garlic.
  3. Once the onions get a glassy appearance, add the pepper and saute for 2 mins.
  4. Add the chicken pieces and stir.
  5. Add salt to taste and cover the vessel. Cook for 10 mins until chicken is tender.
  6. Serve hot.
