Ingredients:

• 500 g – sweetened condensed Milk (1 tin)
• 2 tbsp – Ghee
• 1 tsp – Yoghurt (curd)
• 2 tbsp – Pista / Badam (grated)

Method:

  1. In a big microwave-safe bowl, mix the first three ingredients and microwave for 8 mins on medium temperature.
  2. Take it out and stir well once.
  3. Microwave on medium for another 6 mins till the milk cake turns golden brown.
  4. Remove and decorate with pista/badam.
