
Ingredients:
• 1 cup – diced Mushroom
• 1/2 cup – diced Onions
• 1/4 cup – Green peas
• 1 – Tomato
• 1 tsp – chilli powder
• 1 tsp – Dhania powder
• 5 – cashews
• Coriander, chopped to garnish
• Cooked Rice
• Salt, to taste
• Oil, as required
Method:
- Heat oil in tawa. Fry cashewnuts and onions.
- Then add mushrooms, chilli powder, salt, dania powder, green peas and tomatoes.
- Add 1/4 cup of water in it. Fry till oil separates from the mixture.
- Then mix cooked rice and garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
