Ingredients:
• 12 – fresh button mushrooms, medium size
• 50 g – grated cheese
• 50 g – Ham
• 2 tbsp – Coriander leaves
• 3 – green chillies, chopped
• 1 – egg, beaten
• 10 – 12 tbsp – breadcrumbs
• salt
• pepper
Method:
- Wash mushrooms thoroughly, remove and chop the stalks together.
- Mix cheese, egg, salt and pepper. Add chopped ham mixture and mix well.
- Place the mushroom caps in a shallow dish and fill them with ham-cheese mixture.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs on the filling.
- Place the dish on the rotating plate and cook on combination grill mode. Microwave for 4-5 minutes.
- Serve hot with potato fingers.
