
Ingredients:
• Potato – 1
• Onion – 2
• Channa Dal – 1 Cup
• Ginger – 1 inch
• Green chilli – 2
• Hing – 2 pinch
• Coriander leaves – 3 tbsp
• Salt to taste
• oil for frying
Method:
- Soak channa dal for 4 hours. Grind channa Dal, ginger, hing with salt in a mixer.
- Grate potato and add it to the ground mixture.
- The mixture should be thick.
- Chop onion, green chilli and coriander leaves and add it to the mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan and make a ball of the mixture and flat it a little bit and fry in oil.
