
Ingredients:
• 1.5 cup – roasted rava
• 1/2 cup – idli batter
• 1 – onion, finely chopped
• 3 – green chillies, finely chopped
• 1/2 cup – carrot, grated
• 1/4 tsp – baking soda
• 6 – Curry leaves
• 3 tbsp – Coriander leaves chopped
• Salt as per need
• Oil for Deep Frieding
Method:
- In a bowl, mix roasted semolina, idli batter, salt and keep them aside for 1 hour.
- Semolina will absorb water from idli batter.
- To the semolina mixture add finely chopped onions, baking soda, green chillies, carrot, curry leaves and cilantro leaves.
- Heat oil and make small balls from the batter and fry till golden brown.
